The City by the Sea Property Owners Association Board of Directors welcomes you to our Web page. We’ve developed this site as another way to communicate with our residents.
POA Board meeting minutes, governance documents, newsletters, deed restrictions, announcements, etc., are available to all property owners. The Board’s business philosophy makes all POA business, issues, finances and activities transparent, and available on a timely basis to all owners.
Top 10 important CBTS policies:
- 1. no wake in the canals- drive at the lowest speed to make forward movement
- 2. neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM Sunday through Thursday at 11PM Friday, Saturday, and official holidays
- 3. do not trepass onto another neighbor’s private property
- 4. all vehicles and boat trailers must be parked on the property driveway and not across the street or vacant lots
- 5. speed limit on streets is 20mph
- 6. turn off flood lights when retiring for the night
- 7. no fireworks allowed
- 8. keep trash in secure trash bins
- 9. all pets are subject to the Aransas County leash laws and please clean up after your pets
- 10. serious about the no wake
